The Estates at West Salem is a mobile home park located in the Village of West Salem. In the rolling bluffs and valleys of the region, the Estates at West Salem are just 12 miles east of La Crosse.

Estates at West Salem have 263 spaces in a well-established family community. We are situated conveniently just off I-90 and Highway 16, near shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation. Living here places you just a 10-minute drive to Lake Neshonoc, which is well known for camping, fishing, swimming, or just a way to spend an afternoon.

All prospective tenants are required to complete a $25 credit and background check. We require all mobile homes to be no more than 20 years old. A full listing of all park rules will be provided when an application is submitted. We may request a picture of the home with your application. We allow two pets under 30 pounds and they cannot be bully breeds.The pet fee is $35 per pet per month.
